Terms and conditions

If the room is available, we will reserve your accommodation immediately! On receipt a deposit or some kind of guarantee of your arrival, you will receive a voucher (sent by e-mail or fax) which you need to present at the reception of Podere Sant'Elena or to any of the persons in charge of your accommodation. At moment of your reservation we will ask you your credit card details: nothing will be charged on it, we only need it as guarantee. If you prefer, you can anticipate the30% of the amount of your stay to be used as guarantee. The rest of the amount can be paid at the moment you leave your room (check out) with credit card or cash.

Cancellation policy

From the moment of your reservation (even the day after):
- If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive within 50 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 30% of the entire amount will be applied.
- If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive between 49-30 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire amount will be applied.
- If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive between 29-10 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 70% of the entire amount will be applied.
- If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive between 9-0 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire amount will be applied.
- If the guest fails to arrive and does not communicate in advance via fax or e-mail or phone the failure to arrive, a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount will be applied.
